Advantages:

Все на очень высоком уровне - культура общения, оперативность в решении любых вопросов, чистота, расположение, вид из окна... Хозяин квартиры сообщил, что освободился номер с балконом и может предложить нам его - туда мы и заселились. Проживали с супругой и сыном несколько дней. К прибытию был включен кондиционер, все убрано - придраться не к чему. Расположение отличное - рядом с очень красивой центральной улицей, канатной дорогой "красная поляна", детской площадкой. Так же есть рядом магазинчик. Остановка так же не далеко - приехали на автобусе и спокойно дошли с чемоданами до апартаментов. До роза хутор ехать 5-10 мин. На автобусе. Могу смело рекомендовать. Пару фото прилагаю.
