Advantages:

Чисто, аккуратно, есть всё, что необходимо для жизни. Очень тёплая квартира. Светлая и душевная. Посуда на все случаи жизни, даже миска для собаки! Вид из окон сразу на горы. Рядом Магнит и рестораны.

Disadvantages:

На балконе за ночь на окнах конденсат, вдоль окна балкона утром лужа, это, думаю, связано с недостатком вентиляции.
