Квартира находиться в 5 минутах ходьбы от всей инфраструктуры Курорта Красная Поляна: Казино, ТЦ Горки Молл, кафе, рестораны, канатная дорога, сетевые магазины, аптека, столовая, прокат оборудования для зимнего отдыха. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: белоснежное белье и полотенце, средство гигиены, кровать 160х200 Аскона с ортопедическим матрасом, диван-кровать 140×200 с ортопедическим матрасом. В кухне холодильник, телевизор, водонагреватель, духовой шкаф, микроволновка, посудомоечная, стиральная, сушильная машина, эл.чайник, газовая плита, посуда. В каждой комнате есть Smart TB и доступ WF.
В квартире есть тёплый пол на кухне , ванной комнате , коридоре. В коридоре и ванной комнате тёплая стена .

При заселение взимается залог в размере 5000, которые возвращаются в день выселения после уборки, при соблюдение всех правил проживания.
